You are not the average woman. The world is about to find that out. You’ve got something to do, something to prove, something to say.
Hi. My name is Kimberly, and I’m willing to bet that for years you’ve lived a “normal” life as either the darling daughter, doting wife, understanding sister, dutiful soccer mom, or dependable employee.
But there was always something different about you…something on the inside just dying to get out (often showing up in small ways…how you wear your hair, your clothes, your makeup, decorate your living space or do your job).
At times you’ve probably felt like the square peg in the round hole, or maybe you felt compelled to make yourself “small” to fit into a social environment that was not ready or willing to accommodate you.
If you’ve ever felt trapped inside your life…
Ever thought “There has to be more to this. I always planned on more than this…”
If you’ve ever wondered “How in the world did I end up here?”
Or find yourself wanting to do things differently, better, more purposefully, more thoughtfully…
If you want a life filled with new and different experiences, more meaningful, full…
If you feel you’ve not yet lived to your full potential…
Then you’ve landed in the right place. This blog is written especially for you.
You’re ready to be AUTHENTIC, make a DIFFERENCE. You’re ready for CHANGE! That’s why you’re here. Woohoo!
And now comes the hard part because…
CHANGE IS NOT EASY!
Welcome to WhatSheSay.com! Grab your favorite coffee, tea, or spritzer, pull up a comfortable chair and stay a while. I’m so happy that you’re here.

WSS promotes intentional and purposeful living, financial intelligence, the creation of an environment that allows you the freedom to be and do what you envision, and lifelong learning.

Why Read WhatSheSay.com?
You have a gazillion choices of where to spend your time on the internet. There are now literally millions of websites and blogs available to you.
So why should you read WhatSheSay.com?
To be perfectly blunt, at WSS, we “get” you.
1. There’s more to life than being a mommy (although that’s a REALLY important job!).
2. You have interests that go beyond developing the largest collection of recipes that ever existed in the history of womankind.
There. I said it.
This blog is created specifically for women who are interested in developing the best version of themselves.
At WSS, we want to inspire, encourage, inform and support you in your efforts to “be” better. We want you to:
1. Learn more about yourself, so that you can create the life you want and be the person you desire, no matter what your age.
2. Get the information and help you need to be successful however you choose to define success.
3. Become a part of a community that understands you because we are you.
“Remember not the former things,
nor consider the things of old.
Behold, I am doing a new thing;
now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?
I will make a way in the wilderness
and rivers in the desert.” Isaiah 43:18-19

Hi. I’m Kimberly Clay, an entrepreneur, writer, and the founder, editor, and creative force behind WhatSheSay.com.
I’m also a woman in the process of reinventing, restructuring and redefining her life.
A few years ago I found myself in a difficult situation.
I was stressed out, totally exhausted, running on empty and I just couldn’t manage my life in the same way anymore.
I had to make a decision.
I could continue with things as they were, pretending everything in my life was alright and that I was managing it all and in control (which meant I was probably soon to lose my mind), OR I could just let go and see what happened.
I let go.
At the time, it felt as if a bomb exploded in my life and I was left standing at ground zero.
For the very first time that I could ever recall, I didn’t know what to do, which direction to go in, or which end was up.
Things fell apart, but the world didn’t end.
And while things were messy for a while, the situation was never without hope.
Very slowly, I began the process of making my way back…not to where I was, but to where I want to be; to the life I want to live and the person I want to be authentically.
I am still in that process, have many challenges to overcome and a ways to go to get where I’m going, but every day I make progress.
And that’s something to celebrate.
You have your own journey. That’s what’s brought you here.
If you’re still breathing, then it’s not too late to start over or embark on something new, and if you’re beginning a process to redesign your life, don’t worry, you’re not alone.
I’d love to share in your journey, to be a source of encouragement, insight and information to help you get to the place you want to be.
You can start this phase of your journey right here, right now. And because there is no one path but many that can help you navigate your journey, you have a couple options…
