For instance, eating items like chocolates, or drinking soda, caffeine, coffee, etc. should ideally be lessened after mid-day, and lighter meals and foods like salads should be eaten in the evenings.

Another way to reduce stress and achieve better health naturally is through regular exercise. The reason is that exercising regularly helps you sleep well.
